dc.description.abstract In a lush South American city on the Pacific coast a set of identical quadruplet girls are born to Julio and Alma Santiago. Their strange connection to one another is discovered when they enter the world holding hands and continues to reveal itself in a set of bizarre abilities including telepathy and lightning divination. When a young real estate agent comes to town on their 19th birthday and all four sisters fall in love with him, their loyalty to one another is tested. To win the affections of Diego Varela, they separately enlist the help of an ancient witch that lives in the caves beneath Easter Island.
