dc.description.abstract	Purpose: Heterosexual adult patients attending STD clinics are at higher risk of contracting Hepatitis B, however this patient population has a low rate of HBV vaccination acceptance. In order to understand and increase the immunization rate, an examination of perceived barriers to acceptance of the HBV vaccine series is warranted.
