Newsletter from the National Civic League, titled Civic Action, July/August 1992, Vol 5, Issue 4. This issue is dedicated to the 1992 All-America Cities in the following states: Alaska; Arkansas; Colorado; Illinois; Kansas; Montana; North Carolina; North Dakota; Ohio; and Texas. NCL Chairman Henry Cisneros stated these winning communities have effectively harnessed civic pride and public-rivate partnerships to improve the economic conditions and the quality of life at the local level.
