Letter to Rhoda Barnes from her husband Milton Barnes. Writing from Nashville, Tennesee, Milton discusses the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, a homemade writing table he has made, and his distaste for the recent actions of general William Tecumseh Sherman regarding the surrender of a confederate general.
