Letter to Rhoda Barnes from her husband Milton Barnes. Milton dicusses Robert E. Lees imminent, Joseph Johnston's possible, surrender to Federal forces and the prospect of being released by the Army to return home. He also mentions the novel, Maid of Orleans, that he is reading.
