dc.description.abstract	Letter from William J. Nicoson to Al Louis Ripskis, editor of Impact (HUD newsletter), March 23, 1973. Copies of April 1973 and May 1973 issues to which Nicoson's letter is responding and later printed and answered by Ripskis. William Nicoson wrote this letter to Ripskis because he was dismayed at not being interviewed for an article from the April 1973 issue in which a personal attack was made upon the Director of the Office of New Community Development, Ted Lamont. The May 1973 issue includes a print of Nicoson's letter and Ripskis's rebuttal which attempts to debunk Nicoson's corrections. Both newsletters contain anecdotal information about the Office of New Communities. Planned Communitiy Archives Collection, 419.08.
