dc.description.abstract This photgraph shows two African-American Railroad employees posing on a street just outside of what appears to be a train station ca. 1893. There are five other individuals in the photo - one of them in a dark vest in background is looking directly at the camera. A white picket fence stands between the individuals and the buildings of the apparent station some yards away.
