Undated report from New Community Development Corporation entitled "Appendix II," probably an appendix to a report entitled "New Program Initiative: New-Town-In-Town." This appendix details possible amendments to the 1970 Housing and Urban Development Act. Potential addictions include sections dealing with advances for land acquisition and development, standby construction and permanent financing loans, special organizational and operating assistance, and public facilities and services grants.
